High   Intensity  Interval   Training


High Intensity Interval Training is a fast paced full body workout that is divided into sections with short breaks in between.  Every class will follow the same design, but will incorporate different movements and set up.  Including: warm up, cardio, arms, legs, glutes, abs, and last a cool down.

  This is a more traditional style of workout, but changing the movements and set up gives our clients a different experience each time they attend a class.
