HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is a fast paced full body workout that is divided into sections with short breaks in between.  Every class  will incorporate different movements and set up, but will  Include: warm up, cardio, arms, legs, glutes, abs, and last a cool down/stretch.

  This is a more traditional style of workout, but changing the movements and set up gives our clients a different experience each time they attend a class.
