Barre Classes

Barre Classes are based on basic ballet technique, small isometric movements, pilates, and yoga.  Each class is a low impact, high results full body work out.
Every workout includes; Cardio to increase the heart rate burning calories. Arms that are strengthened and toned with small isometric movements utilizing lighter weights. Glutes which are tightened and lifted targeting the deep glute muscles. Thighs are slimmed and toned working up on the toes. Abs are taught to be pulled in as they’re strengthened. Upper and lower back are strengthened and toned, all of which are accompanied with stretching to help create that coveted long lean dancer’s body.
